This simple tool helps you pause, notice how you’re feeling across five areas of your life, and take one small step forward.

Use it in the morning, evening, or anytime you feel a little off.

  • Shade each area from low to high
  • Notice what feels lowest
  • Try one small Happit (a tiny shift)

This tool is inspired by the SPIRE model from positive psychology, as taught by Tal Ben-Shahar. I’ve adapted it into a simple, everyday check-in to help design small shifts in real moments.
