Been thinking of painting this since a few days now…finally got down to it!
This lovely yellow beauty is growing in a pot in my garden…I had been eyeing it for long…everyday hoping that I will paint it the day it is the right size…today it completely lured me into sketching it…
I am kind of enjoying the limited palette that I have in this bamboo paper app on my note 2…or should I say I have figured out a way to live with it and perhaps love it as well…who needs a zillion colors and a thousand brushes…
On second thoughts…a deeper yellow for the sun flower would be good…but I guess I will live with this!
